Your stay at Mitico Hotel & Natural Spa is a unique experience. You have the opportunity to enjoy moments of pleasant relaxation and psycho-physical regeneration and, after a day of work or an excursion through the beauties of Bologna, to surrender to the gentle massage of water, the aroma of intoxicating herbs, the warmth of heat baths and enveloping colors: a natural pleasure that warms and regenerates all the senses.
The BioSPA experience includes a Starpool sauna and Turkish bath, a Treesse hydromassage tub, and a Relaxation Area with an Organic Herbal Tea Corner.
To restore energy and balance, the wellness experience is completed with personalised treatments that combine natural extracts with manual techniques. The BioSPA offers revitalising face and body treatments, as well as relaxing massages available by reservation.

MASSAGES AND TREATMENTS
In our BioSPA you can choose between a relaxing massage or a personalized face or body treatment. Our treatments are inspired by a vision of the person as a unity of body, mind and spirit and draw on the immense richness that comes from nature and the millenary traditions of cosmetics.
We take care of you by offering tailor-made solutions and using a range of natural products inspired by Eastern traditions: essential oils, massage oils, creams, and herbal remedies for face and body care.
Mitico Hotel & Natural Spa Fitness Area
Our guests have the opportunity to stay fit even during their stay in Bologna. The Fitness area is open in the new hotel area, a space for physical activity with Technogym and Matrix equipment.
Located on the ground floor, the gym features natural and artificial lighting, air conditioning during the summer, and heating in winter. It is equipped with cardio fitness equipment including Technogym exercise bikes, a Matrix treadmill, and an additional Technogym treadmill. The latest addition for our guests is the Technogym Bench, a multifunctional training bench. Yoga mats for bodyweight exercises, drinking water, and sanitising spray are also available.
The Fitness Area is available to all Hotel guests every day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

BioSpa path for two people lasting approximately two hours including sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and relaxation area with herbal tea bar and fresh fruit.

BioSpa Pampering & Relax Special Package

Private BioSpa for couples from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM or at a time to be agreed based on the day’s availability, with exclusive use for 2 hours of sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and relaxation area where you can enjoy an herbal tea, a small fresh fruit buffet. (BioSpa kit included, with bathrobe, towel and slippers; you only need to bring your swimsuit);
- 1 Bottle of Brut Spumante with fresh fruit in the spa

BioSpa Special Party Package
Special Offer for Hen & Stag Parties, Birthdays and Special Occasions Available for groups (maximum 6 people) upon request between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with exclusive use for 2 hours of the sauna, hydromassage tub, Turkish bath, and relaxation area, where guests can enjoy an organic herbal tea and a small buffet of fresh fruit. The BioSPA kit is included and provides a bathrobe, towel, and slippers. Guests only need to bring their swimsuit.
