Papylla Restaurant opens early in the morning for breakfast – cost always included in the accommodation rates. Guests can enjoy our comprehensive international buffet breakfast, offering a large selection of home made biscuits, cakes and pastries, chopped fresh fruits, fruit juices, yoghurt, mixed cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, bacon and a section dedicated to organic or gluten-free foods.

Our Papylla Restaurant offers typical Bolognese and Italian dishes. A menu of the day and one a-la-carte menu are available to our guests. Lasagna, tortellini, noodles, grilled meat and vegetables, escalopes, colds cuts and cheeses, vegetables and other specialties of the chef are always available for our guests.
We will be pleased to recommend which wine is best for which dish.
You will also enjoy our irresistible desserts: pies, mascarpone, tiramisu and trifles, all baked by our chef.
Our gourmet pizza in the pan with a light dough, high digestibility and transparent traceability, it is prepared with 100% “active supply chain” grains from the Marche region of Molino Paolo Mariani from Barbara, in the province of Ancona. Thanks to this technique, the pizza acquires has an incredible crunchiness on the outside while remaining soft inside. Each clove is garnished with raw materials rich in taste and aroma, in a game of textures that will amaze you.
